I often find myself with very little time to cook. I am even guilty of forgetting to take meat out of the freezer.
Take-out can get expensive and unhealthy. It's so tempting just to order a pizza or run through drive-through.

What do you do when you find yourself in this type of situation?
What items can you get that you don't have to freeze that can be used quickly?
