I have the very first issue of X. factor! I have all of the X. factor books from number one up to probably number 50 or so. X. factor was really just the reunion of the original X-Men when it started, so it was a pretty popular title. Tell him to make sure to keep them in good shape, comic books from the late seventies and early eighties are starting to rise in price, a lot of them are already worth more than $100

My son was one as a child. He started reading at age 3 and is quiet the avid reader. He has many super hero comics from the 80's. He is waiting until he buys his first home to move them out of my house. I am sure you would have fun looking at his collection. I don't even remember what all he has. I do remember he liked X-factor.

Hey folks, I just finished up my most recent movie review blog on Spiderman 3/comic book movies

http://communitycenter.liveworld.com/blog-entry/B-Rumbles-Blog/Spiderman-3-Imaxcomic/2000000915

I am an incurable geek when it comes to any movie that is comic book/fantasy/science fiction based. I know several of you are fantasy/science fiction fans, but is there anybody else out there who is/was into comic books? Comic books have gone through a pretty big transformation since the sixties and seventies and many of them are not even targeted at children anymore. Just curious if there are any other confirmed superhero geeks roaming around out there :)
