Wow, it's been a while since I posted my "success" here. Life has a way of getting in the way of the best laid plans, sometimes!
At any rate, it's been a long couple of months and I've not lost a lot more weight since the last report in mid-September. While I'm really bummed about that, on the good side I am still losing, albeit very slowly, and I'm not putting weight back on.
With today's weigh-in, I've lost 40 pounds total. Think about it... that equates to 160 sticks of butter! I've dropped several clothing sizes (yippee!!!) and am, I'm told, looking better. I know that I do feel better and that I get around better than I was just 6 months ago.
So, the exercise routine continues: 5 days a week I'm up early in the morning to do my workout which includes weight training, crunches and Wii Fit work. I'm still watching food intake very carefully during the work week, though I do ease up on weekends a bit. I try to be mindful about what I'm eating and drinking at all times, though.
